Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 CAD and free shipping on U.S. orders over $100 USD. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–10 business days. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods such as sales or product launches.


Shipping to Canada

  • Shipped via Canada Post (Tracked) or ChitChat
  • Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD
  • Flat rate of $10 CAD for orders under $75 CAD

Shipping to the USA

  • Shipped via USPS (Tracked)
  • Estimated delivery: 2–10 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over $100 USD
  • Flat rate of $10 USD for orders under $100 USD

International Shipping

For shipments to the U.S. or other international destinations, any applicable import duties or fees are the customer’s responsibility. We currently ship only to Canada and the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.


Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and secure. Soan is not liable for the following:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Packages delivered to an unsafe or unattended location
  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
  • Additional costs related to re-shipping items returned to sender

Transit Delays & Lost Packages

Once your order has left our facility, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Soan cannot control shipping timelines or guarantee delivery dates. If your package is delayed or lost, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

Return Policy

At Soan, we are committed to delivering high-quality bath and home fragrance products made with care. We understand that returns may occasionally be necessary, and we strive to make the process as simple and transparent as possible. Return Policy Overview

Due to the nature of our products, used items cannot be returned or refunded. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund. To initiate this process, please email photographic proof of the damage and your order receipt to thesoan.co@nullgmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.


Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept return requests after this period.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.
  • If the item is damaged or defective, please include clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be shipped back securely to avoid further damage during return transit.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange.
