Upon receiving the product, the customer has 7 days to communicate their dissatisfaction with the product. Contact me within: 7 days of delivery Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Orders must be returned by regular mail, with the invoice (and with a customs form if outside Canada), as I cannot accept courier deliveries. The customer assumes the entire risk of loss and/or breakage of the product during its return to wired@hart. In case the product returned is damaged, broken, used or not in it's original condition, wired@hart can refuse to refund to the customer. Earring returns are subject to an ear hook replacement fee, as the hooks cannot be resold. Custom or personalized orders are not returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Additional policies wired@hart is not responsible for any issues that may result from wearing the jewelry.
