Amber Honey Co. products are handmade in small batches. Minor variations in colour, finish, appearance or fragrance between batches may occur and are part of the handmade nature of our products.

Product photographs are intended to represent items as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.

Candle burn times are approximate and depend on proper candle care, room conditions and individual use. Customers are responsible for following the candle safety and care instructions provided with their product.

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and marketplace fees will be shown at checkout where required.

Amber Honey Co. reserves the right to update product availability, pricing, descriptions or policies when necessary.

Orders may be cancelled or refunded if an item becomes unavailable or if an error occurs in pricing or inventory.

Use of Amber Honey Co. products is at the customer’s discretion. Candles must never be left burning unattended and should always be kept away from children, pets, drafts and flammable materials.

Shipping Policy

Amber Honey Co. currently ships within Canada.

Orders are carefully packed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Because our products are handmade and produced in small batches, processing times may vary during busy periods, product launches and holiday seasons.

Shipping rates and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

Amber Honey Co. offers free shipping on qualifying orders over $75, where supported by the selling platform.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control. Weather, holidays and carrier delays may occasionally affect estimated delivery dates.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Local pickup may be available for selected orders when specifically offered.

 

If an order arrives damaged, please contact amberhoneyco@nullgmail.com as soon as possible with photographs of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Return Policy

Because Amber Honey Co. products are handmade and fragrance is a personal preference, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based solely on fragrance preference.

Proper candle care is essential for even burning. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt across the full surface of the candle before extinguishing — typically at least 1 hour. Extinguishing a candle too early may cause tunnelling and is not considered a product fault.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact amberhoneyco@nullgmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed, eligible issues may be resolved through a replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Items that have been burned, used or altered cannot be returned unless the issue was present when the product arrived.

 

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Amber Honey Co.

Privacy Policy

Amber Honey Co. respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide when shopping with us.

When you place an order or contact us, information such as your name, email address, shipping address and order details may be collected in order to process purchases, provide customer service and fulfill your order.

Payments made through Mavenfair are processed through the platform and its payment providers. Amber Honey Co. does not receive or store your full credit card information.

We may use your contact information only where necessary to communicate about your order, respond to questions or provide updates you have specifically requested.

We do not sell, rent or trade customer information.
