Shipping Policy

Effective Date: March 25, 2025

1. Shipping Locations We currently ship only within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Shipping Method All orders are shipped via letter mail with Canada Post without tracking. Since tracking is not available, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, but most orders arrive within 3 to 10 business days.

4. Shipping Rates All prices include free letter mail shipping.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments As all orders are shipped without tracking, we are unable to provide real-time shipment updates. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the estimated delivery time, please contact us at [email protected]. While we are not responsible for lost or delayed mail, we will do our best to assist you.

6. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return Policy

1. Returns & Eligibility We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and returned in perfect condition.

2. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Items must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.

3. Return Shipping The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that ensures safe delivery, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it.
