It was suggested to me that there be a companion hat to go with Friendship Gloves. So here it is! Reminiscent of the sweet friendship bracelet style that the gloves have, it’s the cozy Friendship Hat. The pattern is written for 3 sizes 18 (20, 22)“ to fit your favorite teen or adult. 2 skeins of Malabrigo Finito will complete two hats with contrasting colours. There is also an illustrated Latvian Braid tutorial included.
This is an intermediate pattern written for 3 sizes; 46 (51, 56) cm / 18 (20, 22)” head circumference . You will work in the round on 2.75mm needles. The skills are well explained including an illustrated Latvian braid tutorial. The colour work in mosaic and charted. The gauge is 32 sts and 42 rows / 10cm. Two 183 metre skeins of each colour will complete 2 contrasting hats.
