All items are shipped by Canada Post from British Columbia, Canada within 2 - 5 business days. wired@hart charges a flat rate for each shipment. Delivery is made at the delivery address indicated on the order. You are responsible for providing accurate information. If there is an address error on the order, wiredathart is not responsible if you do not receive your package. wired@hart is not responsible for unclaimed packages.
Customs and import fees: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or postal strikes.
Upon receiving the product, the customer has 7 days to communicate their dissatisfaction with the product. Contact me within: 7 days of delivery Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Orders must be returned by regular mail, with the invoice (and with a customs form if outside Canada), as I cannot accept courier deliveries. The customer assumes the entire risk of loss and/or breakage of the product during its return to wired@hart. In case the product returned is damaged, broken, used or not in its original condition, wiredathart can refuse to refund to the customer. Earring returns are subject to an ear hook replacement fee, as the hooks cannot be resold. Custom or personalized orders are not returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Additional policies wired@hart is not responsible for any issues that may result from wearing the jewelry.
