7. Additional Terms
Products provided are handmade and each product is unique. Our products contain Soy wax, fragrance oils or essential oils. We are not responsible for any adverse events related to the use of the products when used properly.
We strive to provide accurate representations of the products. We cannot guarantee that your device will display the products in the same manner as our site.
You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information at the time of purchase. You agree to update information if any changes occur so we may be able to complete the transaction.
Olfactory senses are unique to each individual and out of our control. Some scents may smell stronger to some people and not at all to others. You acknowledge this information. Refunds or exchanges will not be completed due to an individual's inability to smell a scent.
Shipping Policy
Products will be shipped by the chosen method of the customer.
There is a 1-3 day preparation time prior to shipping. Should that timeframe increase due to holidays or any other unforeseen reason, the increased times will be posted on our website. As well you will receive an email from us explaining the increased shipping time.
Shipping costs and any Import or Duty costs are the customer's responsibility
International shipping is subject to Duty and Taxes. The customer will be responsible for additional charges associated with this cost. The postal carrier will contact you with the information for these additional charges. Duty and Taxes associated will need to be paid prior to the customer receiving their products.
Should you receive damaged goods, please advise us immediately so we can rectify the problem. Please review our return/refund policy.
Should you not receive your package in the shipping time specified, please advise us immediately so we can track your parcel.
We strive to ensure your package is delivered as per the customer's request, however circumstances such as weather or other adverse events may cause the delivery of your package to be delayed. This is unfortunately beyond our control.
Return Policy
We accept returns and provide refunds for products that are undamaged and in original condition. To return a product for a refund please contact us at info@nullrubycreekcandleco.ca within 72 hours of receiving your products.
Returns of products must be received to us within 30 days and in undamaged condition. Once received and determined that product(s) are in original condition we will issue a refund. Refunds should be returned to the customer within 5 days.
Please ensure that when returning the products that you have packaged them securely. We are not responsible for products that are returned damaged or broken. We will be unable to refund your money if the product is damaged.
The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. When returning a product the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All products that are sold in a bundled or boxed set will need to be returned in full.
If you receive a product that is damaged, please email us within 72 hours of receiving your product at info@nullrubycreekcandleco.ca We require a photo of the product in the original box as well as a photo of the original sipping label. Once determined that the product arrived damaged, we will issue a refund or store credit.
We strive to provide you with a great experience both in purchasing and returning. If you are returning a product we would love to hear from you so we can improve our product or service.
Privacy Policy
We strive to protect and maintain your privacy at all times. We will never sell your personal information to third parties. We do collect information as it pertains to your purchase such as contact and shipping information. There may be circumstances beyond our control that may involve your personal information being accessed. We will strive to correct these issues if it is within our capabilities to do so.
