My toppers are handcrafted using premium, thick glitter cardstock (300 gsm). The front is glitter and the back is matte white. The toppers come adhered to a clear acrylic stick (approximately 6”), and hidden behind the text of the topper (as best as possible). Please note, some designs may need off-center placement or require two sticks for extra stability.

Some toppers may be more fragile than others, depending on the design. Please be careful when removing it from the packaging. I recommend handling your toppers by the stick rather than the design area.

🖤 CAKE TOPPER SIZING GUIDE 🖤

IF YOUR CAKE TOPPER IS THE MAIN DECORATION of your cake, choose a size that is the same as the diameter or 1 inch smaller. Please refer to the example in the pictures section of the listing.

IF YOUR CAKE TOPPER IS AN ADDITION TO OTHER DECORATIONS, choosing a smaller size will complement the other decorations. Aim for 1-2 inches smaller than the diameter of your cake/decorations.

IF YOUR CAKE HAS MULTIPLE TIERS, choose a size equal to or 1 inch smaller than the diameter of the top tier. Please refer to the example in the pictures section of the listing.

NOTE:  The size of the topper is measured by the width in inches.  Longer names/words in custom designs will be smaller in height. Please refer to the example in the pictures section of the listing.

The order processing time is typically 1-3 business days to create, assemble, and package your order. Please keep in mind that this is in addition to the shipping time. (Please refer to the shipping policy for further shipping information.)

Please be aware that once an order has been placed, there will be no option for returns or exchanges since each item is custom-made.

I begin working on your order almost immediately after it’s confirmed, so cancellations are not accepted.

Shipping fees are not included in the item prices and will be added to your order once confirmed.

All Orders are shipped from Quebec, CANADA.

The shipping times provided upon order confirmation are only estimates in addition to the 1-3 business day order processing time.

I recommend ordering well in advance of your event date to ensure timely delivery and avoid any disappointment. I am not responsible for missed events.

Rush orders are accepted, (additional fees will be added to your order) please send me a message and I’ll be happy to work with you.

In the rare instances where your order is sent back to us and marked undeliverable for various reasons beyond my control, I will contact you immediately and arrange to reship your order. Reshipping an item restarts your shipping time, and additional fees may occur.

🖤 CARE INFORMATION 🖤

Be cautious as the cake topper is flammable; maintain a minimum distance of at least an inch from any lit candles.

• It’s best to keep the topper in its packaging until you’re ready to use it.
• When removing the topper from its packaging, handle it carefully by holding it from the stick rather than the design area.
• REMEMBER: You can reuse the topper or keep it as a memento.
• To clean the topper, gently wipe it with a damp paper towel. NEVER use cleaning products or other chemicals on your topper.
• Keep the topper out of reach of children and pets.
• Be gentle when applying pressure to insert the topper into your cake.
