Canada: Flat Rate Tracked - $9.99
Canada: Orders under 75g - $5 Canada Post lettermail shipping is an option for these small orders. This shipping option does not include any insurance or tracking. By selecting this option, you acknowledge that disputes for lost or missing packages will not be accepted.

Shipping Speed
The processing time on all order is up to 10 Business days - we strive to be faster, but in some cases it may take the full processing time frame.

Currently Canada Post. Other carriers will be added as they become available.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the custom made/personalized items and reusable cloth pads products we offer we are unable to accept returns. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your order, please contact us at latienditanco@nullgmail.com and we will do our best to ensure you are satisfied.

If you're not satisfied or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us at latienditanco@nullgmail.com. There is a two week window to return the products. Please note that the products/items need to be returned unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot process a refund if the products are not returned within the time frame specified above and/or have been used. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the products and process your refund if applicable.

All shipping cost for returns is at buyer's expense.
