Shipping Policy
I require 2 business days from date of purchase to process and ship orders. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
I ship via Canada Post for all orders - they usually take 4-7 days to arrive.
Outside of Canada buyers are responsible for any and all applicable Customs and Imprt Taxes. I am not responsible for any delivery delays due to Customs.
Return Policy
Cancellations : Must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Returns:
- You must advise before you return a product
- Must be done within 7 days of receiving the product
- Please send photos - including the packaging etc so I can determine if it worth physically returning. If so the cost of shipping the item back is the responsibility of the buyer.
- I will refund (within 30 days of the purchase) the total price of the item upon receipt and inspection of the item.
- If this item is just a return not a damaged return. It must be shipped back in the same condition I shipped it to you. (Please pack and protect accordingly)
