Return Policy

Because my items are handmade works of art:

Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

Custom or personalized orders (including commissioned paintings) are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me — I want you to be happy with your purchase and will do my best to resolve any issues fairly.
