All of our collars are made with 100% cotton fabric, soft flexible polypropylene webbing, welded hardware and strong buckle.
Washing instructions: I spray the collars with Spray and Wash or Resolve and wash them with my regular wash using cold water. AIR DRY ONLY, never in the dryer.

At this time I only ship across Canada.
Shipping is one of the most difficult things I deal with because I don't want to overcharge for shipping. It generally costs no more than $6.00 to mail a collar and, for the smaller collars I can usually get two in an envelope. The system is set up to charge shipping on each item, therefore you would be charged $12.00 for two collars. If something like this happens, use "Free pickup" coupon and the shipping will be removed. Once I get your order and your address indicates that you probably won't be picking up, I will contact you with the shipping amount and you can send to me by etrans. Thank you.
We use Canada Post Letter service only to help keep costs down.
Should you require faster shipping or a tracking number, please put a note in the "Order comments" at checkout and I will contact you with the additional cost for shipping.
All orders are made when the order is received. The collar or leash will be made based on the information you provide. Should the finished product not meet those specifications your order may be returned at your expense. Once I receive the receive the item and deem it not as specified in the order, a new one will be sent to you or a full refund will be issued.

This is a great dog collar…well-made and we just love the “Elbows Up” insignia on it, too. ( It’s about time Canadians became more patriotic everyday and not just on Canada Day, but I digress…) As folks who owned a small business before we retired and who appreciated those who shopped local with us, we are also happy to help out another Canadian-owned small business.
