Returns are accepted on unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging. Earrings must be unused and in original packaging for hygiene reasons. Custom or personalised orders are final sale.
Exchanges are available within 30 days. Please contact me first before sending anything back.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and I will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover return shipping. Change-of-mind returns: the customer pays return shipping.
