Shipping Policy
At this time I only ship across Canada.
Shipping is one of the most difficult things I deal with because I don't want to overcharge for shipping. It generally costs no more than $6.00 to mail a collar and, for the smaller collars I can usually get two in an envelope. The system is set up to charge shipping on each item, therefore you would be charged $12.00 for two collars. If something like this happens, use "Free pickup" coupon and the shipping will be removed. Once I get your order and your address indicates that you probably won't be picking up, I will contact you with the shipping amount and you can send to me by etrans. Thank you.
We use Canada Post Letter service only to help keep costs down.
Should you require faster shipping or a tracking number, please put a note in the "Order comments" at checkout and I will contact you with the additional cost for shipping.
Return Policy
All orders are made when the order is received. The collar or leash will be made based on the information you provide. Should the finished product not meet those specifications your order may be returned at your expense. Once I receive the receive the item and deem it not as specified in the order, a new one will be sent to you or a full refund will be issued.
