Washing instructions: I spray the collars with Spray and Wash or Resolve and wash them with my regular wash using cold water. AIR DRY ONLY, never in the dryer.

Shipping Policy
Shipping is one of the most difficult things I deal with because I don't want to overcharge for shipping. It generally cost no more than $6.00 to mail a collar and, for the smaller collars I can usually get two in an envelope. The system is set up to charge shipping on each item, therefore you would be charged $12.00 for two collars. If something like this happens, I will refund the difference to you via etrans. Thank you.
We use Canada Post Letter service only to help keep costs down.
Should you require faster shipping or a tracking number, please put a note in the "Order comments" at checkout and I will contact you with the additional cost for shipping.
Return Policy
All orders are made when the order is received. The collar or leash will be made based on the information you provide. Should the finished product not meet those specifications your order may be returned at your expense. Once I receive the receive the item and deem it not as specified in the order, a new one will be sent to you or a full refund will be issued.
