At Rustic and Renewed Decor, we’re committed to making your shipping experience seamless and transparent. Below are the details of how we handle orders placed through Mavenfair.
Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship within Canada’s 10 provinces via flat-rate shipping on Mavenfair. Due to platform limitations, we cannot adjust pricing for the 3 territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut) where shipping costs for large/heavy items are cost-prohibitive and cannot offer the same flat rate as the provinces on this platform.
Shipping Method & Tracking
- We partner with ClickShip (a Canadian shipping provider) for reliable, tracked deliveries. They offer multiple carrier options, and we’ll select the best one for your location. Most locations offer delivery within 1-3 days.
- P.O. Boxes are not supported—a full residential address is required.
- Express shipping from us is not available on Mavenfair, as we use our own shipping partner but our shipping partner uses carriers which have 1-3 day delivery in most locations. If you are in a remote location, unfortunately, that will not be the case.
Processing & Shipping Times
- In Stock / One-of-a-Kind Items: Shipped within 3–5 business days.
- Made-to-Order Items: Shipped within 3 weeks of purchase. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order is on its way. Timing is dependent on the complexity of the item and our current volume.
Shipping Costs
- Flat-rate shipping applies, but fees vary slightly by product size/weight.
- Final costs are displayed at checkout.
Damaged Items & Refunds
If your item arrives damaged :
- Please send us an email on this platform within 5 days of receiving the item.
- Please include photos of both the damaged item and its packaging (required for carrier claims).
- Include your name, order number, and date of purchase.
- Once verified and submitted to the carrier, we’ll issue a full refund (product + shipping).
We photograph all packages before shipping for carrier documentation.
Non-Receipt of Product
If you do not receive your product after the tracking says it has been delivered :
- Please send us an email on this platform immediately so that we can track this through our shipping partner.
- Include your name, order number, date of purchase, tracking number, and the date that it shows delivery.
- Once we verify that it is truly lost, we’ll issue a full refund (including product and shipping).
