All our plantable greeting cards are handmade using biodegradable seed paper. Due to the nature of handmade products and seed variations, slight differences in appearance or sprouting results may occur. We do our best to represent each item accurately in descriptions and photos.

2. Ordering & Payment
Payments are securely processed through MavenFair.ca. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we begin processing promptly to ensure timely delivery.

3. Shipping
Orders are shipped through standard mail or local pick-up, depending on your selection at checkout. YYC Crafts is not responsible for shipping delays once your package is with the carrier, but we’ll always help troubleshoot if an issue arises.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on plantable cards due to their handmade and biodegradable nature. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

5. Use of Our Products
Our plantable cards are intended for personal gifting or personal use. You may not resell or reproduce our designs or content without written permission.

6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be used to fulfill your order or respond to any inquiries (see our Privacy Policy).
