  • Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 2-3 business days.

  • Made-to-order or custom items: Usually ship within 2–3 weeks depending on the complexity. See individual listings for specific timeframes.

We’ll always notify you if there’s a delay or if your item is shipping earlier than expected.

  • All orders are shipped via Canada Post or a comparable tracked service.

  • Tracking is included with every order.

  • Local pickup in St. George, Brant, ON may be available upon request—contact us to arrange.

Return Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns on ready-to-ship, unworn items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We’re happy to exchange eligible items (based on availability).

Non-Returnable Items
